Also available is (DIY) Do-it-Yourself impression kits, which are sent complete with everything required to cast your own impression. A copy of the instructions, along with the instructional video, may be found on the Support | Video page for your review.
(DIY) Internet orders are prepaid prior to shipment; once impression is made it is returned to our U.S. mold lab for fabrication by one of our technicians. The process takes about 10 days and utilizes the same quality impression material as the on-site visits by a member of our staff, when applicable. |
Our custom ear molds provide the best in comfort, if for any reason the fit is uncomfortable we will gladly ship another kit in exchange for the one that doesn't properly feel right so you may try again, after receiving back the initial finished ear mold at our facility.
