Below is a troubleshooting guide to be used as a reference for problems with the headsets. This list is comprised from experiences that are most commonly reported from the field.
All "H" SERIES

| Can't hear through headset | Check Connections | Try replacing batteries (only applicable if using M22 adapter and slide switch pos. #5 or #6). | Try headset with another base (M22 or P10/P10H/1890). |
| Can't be heard when using headset | Make
sure "mute" button is not pressed on.
Voice tube model- check clear voice tube first by removing and try without, if better then replace with new one. Noise canceling model- check mic position, mic should be a thumbs distance from the corner of the mouth. |
Try replacing batteries (only applicable if using M22 adapter and slide switch pos. #5 or #6). | Adjust mic gain towards positive, or clockwise (white screw) on side of M22. |
